Ubisoft start the new year by announcing the arrival of additional content for Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012, the fitness program for Kinect of Xbox 360.
These are two DLCs named respectively Hold on e Take it easy. The first designed to engage the user in a program developed over four weeks and divided into four exercises of 24 minutes each. The second is a fun way to stretch your muscles, relax by stretching in sessions with exercises of 5 minutes each.
Each DLC can be purchased at the price of 320 MS points each, or together in a single package for the price of 560 MS Points, available from today on the Xbox Live MarketPlace.

Milan, January 20, 2012 - Ubisoft® announces the release of two new downloadable content for Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012, the innovative fitness game available exclusively on Kinect ™ for Xbox 360®. The two DLCs "Get back in shape: Keep up!" and “Relax” are available on Xbox LIVE, at a cost of 400 Microsoft® Points and 320 Microsoft® Points respectively. You can also purchase both in one package for 560 Microsoft® Points.
Get back in shape: Keep it!
Start the new year with a four-week program that includes intensive workouts to help you control your weight and stay fit. Each routine contains four effective workouts of 24 minutes each. The proposed activities include a combination of high intensity exercises (80% cardio and 20% toning) perfect for achieving a slim waistline and always toned legs. The pack also includes two new achievements: "Under Control" and "Control Maniac".
Relaxation
After a strengthening workout, you need to relax your muscles. Download the "Relaxation" package and discover a fun way to end an intense training session. The DLC includes two relaxation activities, lasting 5 minutes each, based on stretching exercises to relax the muscles of the upper and lower body. Also included in the pack are two new objectives: "Relaxed" and "Cold as Ice".
