It will finally take place in attendance, as usual Convention Center and in the other exhibition centers along the Las Vegas Strip (the street known for the concentration of the best hotel-casinos in the renowned city of the United States) the CES 2022, the most important consumer electronics event in the world.
This was confirmed by the organizer of the event, the Consumer Technology Association which, after the 2021 edition held in digital form, will finally be able to welcome visitors from all over the world.
The fair will be open to the public from 5 to 8 January 2022, but the opening, as usual, will be preceded by conferences and private events for the press only, on January 3rd and 4th.
1.000 companies have confirmed their "intention" to participate in this edition to exhibit their new innovative technologies. Sony, Samsung, LG, Lenovo, AMD, Amazon, AT&T, Dell, Google, Intel, IBM, Qualcomm and Panasonic are among them. Even if the specter of cancellation, should the health situation plummet again, is always present.
Eureka Park again this year
There will also be a space dedicated to startups at the three specific salons ad Eureka Park, with young companies ready to present new technological solutions in various sectors. A representation will be among the most active.
As for the 2021 edition, the CES it will also be broadcast online, at least as regards the presentation keynotes of some products, through the official YouTube channel of the event. A need born of the global pandemic, but certainly appreciated by us users and the international press.
The advanced state of vaccinations in the United States and the implementation of various forms of prevention, which will certainly have to be prepared well in advance, has allowed the CTA to give us a semblance of a return to normalcy. We sincerely hope so.
