  • Increase or decrease the microphone input volume.

  • Make sure it's connected to your PC by going to Start> Settings> System> Sound. Then go up Input> Choose the input device and select the microphone you want to use.
  • To test a microphone go to Start> Settings> System> Sound. Then go up Input> Test the microphone and verify that the blue bar, as you speak into the microphone, move.
  • When finished, restart your computer.
