How to add the 3G Internet Key to a Wi-Fi tablet

You have purchased a tablet Wi-Fi and do you need to surf on the go? You don't need to buy a 3G tablet, just add 3G connectivity through the Internet Key. Let's see how to do it:

First of all, to make sure that everything works perfectly, we need to check that our tablet has the root permissions. Let's connect it to a Wi-Fi hotspots and access the Play Store. From here we search for the app PPP Widget. We tap on the button Install and confirm with Accept.

Let's go back to the main Android menu and move on to widget. Let's scroll through the available ones until we reach PPP Widget. Keeping it selected, drag it to an empty area of ​​the home screen: since it is a widget, it must necessarily be placed in the Android home.

Configuration in progress

We tap on the button Configure and in the new screen that appears we select the option Your name Access Point. We fill in this field with the AFN of the mobile operator who provided us with the SIMs. inserted in the Internet Key and confirm with a tap on the button OK.

3G in operation

We just have to connect a OTG cable and to the latter the Internet Key. The app will recognize the key and with a tap on Connect our tablet will have access to the web via 3G network.
