Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, a pure white flower for Kotaro

A simple mission, but full of difficulties

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has now become a new yardstick for the difficulty in videogames, on the other hand the guys of From Software have accustomed us well from this point of view.

In fact, the game maintains its difficulty intact in every aspect, even in the missions entrusted by the various secondary characters.

Today we are talking about Kotaro, a monk (a bit of a child) that you will find crying under a tree near Mount Kongo.

Talk to him and after a few questions he will tell you about a "pure white flower" among many "whirling white and red flowers".

White flowers and where to find them

First of all let's start from the fact that it is not a real flower, the monk Kotaro is in fact looking for a white pinwheel. To find this particular treasure you have to reach an area particularly rich in red and white pinwheels.

Once in the area, go to the left and let yourself fall, you will find that below you there is a small wooden bridge, which extends along the side of the mountain. To reach it you just need a simple jump, follow it all and head over the ravine, jump again and grab the ledge on the other side.

As soon as this is done, continue on your way and you will find the particular “pure white flower” requested by the monk under a waterfall of clear water.

Now go back, deliver the precious object to Kotaro, he will ask you to be "Sent away", to obey this request you will need to be equipped with the Shinobi Fan (if you don't know how to find it, read this useful guide).

This side mission however has three alternate endings, the first described above will transfer the monk to the Chamber of Illusions.

In case you deliver the red and white pinwheel to Kotaro, you can choose whether to send it to Anayama and make it his helper, thereby enhancing the merchant's inventory or send it to the Doujun Surgeon, where our friend will find a rather inglorious end. In fact, if you make this last choice Kotaro will be transformed into Adipe.
